Code of Conducts, Responsibilities and Liabilities

  1. All individuals, guests, participants, and players acknowledge and accept that badminton is a vigorous sport and that injuries may occur while playing.
  2. The use of MBC facilities is at the player's own risk.
  3. MBC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
  4. Players must conduct themselves in a quiet and well-mannered fashion, show respect and courtesy to others, and not cause any disturbances or interfere with the safe use or enjoyment of the courts and facilities by other participants.
  5. Players are liable for any charges in case of breakage, damages, or loss of MBC property or equipment.
  6. Neither MBC nor its owners, management, or staff shall be held liable in any way for any injury, death, medical expenses, claims, damages, loss, or theft of property occurring on the premises.
  7. Only authorized personnel are permitted to adjust the height and tension of the net, and damages or alterations made by unauthorized individuals will result in a fee for repair.
  8. Any intentional damage or abuse of MBC facilities, including the badminton courts, will result in a fee for repair and/or a ban from using the facilities in the future.
  9. Parents or designated guardians are responsible for the safety, wellbeing, and behavior of their children in the premise.
  10. Children of all ages are not permitted to create undue noise or take actions that may disturb other users of MBC and must be supervised at all times.
  11. MBC reserves the right to request unaccompanied children to vacate the premise.

Attire and Court Etiquettes

  1. Players must wear proper badminton court shoes and attire while playing.
  2. No flip-flops, hiking shoes, or smart casual shoes are allowed.
  3. No black or dark sole shoes are permitted at any time.
  4. The badminton courts and surrounding areas must be kept clean and free of debris.

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations

  1. All bookings must be made online through masterbadmintonclub.my.
  2. All payments for bookings and purchases must be made through cashless payment methods only as specified by the facility.
  3. Once payment is made, bookings are considered final and no cancellations, postponements, or refunds shall be granted, regardless of the circumstances.

Prohibited Items

  1. No outside food, drinks, smoking, chewing gum, animals, weapons, or sharp objects are permitted inside the entire court premise.
  2. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

Disputes and Compliances

  1. In case of any disputes or disagreements, the decision of MBC management will be final and binding.
  2. By using the MBC facilities, players agree to comply with all MBC House Rules and any additional rules or regulations as posted on the premises.

Force Majeure

MBC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of MBC, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, shortage of materials or supplies, and power failures. In such event, MBC's obligations under this agreement shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
